FAQ - MY Orders

Typically it will be shipped on the same business day if you order before 12PM.

At the moment, we are using JNE for shipment. If you wish to pick it up yourself or via GO-JEK, you can do so by choosing the delivery method when checking out.

Please contact our admin and we will try out utmost to assist you in locating your goods with our shipping company. Please note that we are not responsible for any losses incurred after shipment, and JNE do provide insurance service at an additional cost.

You can cancel your purchase at any time before you make a payment. We do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. If you decide to cancel the order after making payment, we will charge 5,000 IDR administration fee for the cancellation and will refund you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we treat all product purchases as final. We do not accept returns. However, if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please send a photo of the defective product within 7 days of purchase, or 3 days after product has been delivered, whichever is later. We will resolve this on a case-to-case basis and will be contacting you for more information.
